Dr. Emmanuel Justima is a Haitian businessman and social entrepreneur involved in diverse enterprises that seek profit with a purpose. He has been long involved in higher education and training. He is equally involved in mental health and psycho-social support and is a well-known Haitian cognitive as well as social scientist. As a scholar, Dr. Justima is a university professor and an international universities lecturer in the fields of: Leadership, Public Diplomacy, Communications Sciences in Diplomacy, Geo-Strategy (Geopolitics Geo-economics Geo-cultural), Multilateralism and Globalization, and Theories of International Relations and International Trade, among others. At MODRICENIR-the Haiti-based Latin-American regional Think Tank Dr. Justima is the premiere Haitian specialist of geopolitics, geo-strategic, geo-economics and of geo-cultural public-private partnerships, of public policies, of foreign direct investments advocacy for the Caribbean and the Central American region. Besides Latin-America, his personal concentration is on Asia along with a keen interest for Africa and MENA. He was the second youngest Presidential Candidate of Haiti in 2006, the Chief of Staff at Haiti's leading State agency of Social Services, and the leading anchor of Haiti's Cable Television primetime evening news. He is known to bring about innovation, disruption and creation of new possibilities in the greater Latin-American region. He is one of the leading regional thinkers calling in the re-branding and repositioning of Haiti and of the entire region. He is the first calling for the advent of a Latin-American century for the benefit of all Latin-Americans. Dr. Justima completed doctoral studies of Education and Leadership in Human Development at George Washington University in Washington D.C, USA.

Bernd Wind is a highly respected and experienced German businessman who has successfully started and managed various international companies across industries committed to developing and promoting fair trade at all levels between nations around the world through many competitive environments and fast globalization. He and his business partners are known to value honesty, transparency, professional ethics, and strategies that truly fosters sustainable partnerships and alliances. His expertise includes consulting, finance, project management, SQL. Server, and trading. Mr. Wind holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Wuppertal in Germany. As Deputy Global Group CEO and key member of the senior management team, Mr. Wind is regionally responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive roll-outs of the many business operations for the company's first 5-year overall business strategy, including:

  • working alongside the Chairman and CEO, executing the company vision, the Boards decisions, and corporate policies, chiefly the policy of one-roof consistency of practices that projects company's many businesses in 2 continental regions, but one strong brand identified everywhere;
  • collaborating with the executive team, putting together and maintaining smooth operations of the best high-performance team in the region by further developing and implementing recruitment, training, and retention strategies;
  • managing and remedying issues related to technologies, equipment, regional construction, operations, marketing, good reputation, branding, sales, customers and patients' experiences, costs, revenues, and profitability;
  • empowering the operational teams with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operations initiatives to meet business goals and projection;
  • measuring and reporting to the Chairman and the executive management team internal perspectives on operational performances in the region and developing plans for improving relevant key adaptation and course correction performance indicators; and

    Organisation

    CORPORATE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

    JPLI Group is a registered limited liability company in New-York as well as in Haiti. Under this New-York limited liability company's Partnership Agreement between the owners-partners, management of this limited liability company is vested in the general partners who, in their sole discretion, constitute The Board of Directors (essentially and exclusively board of owners-partners) which may appoint an Executive Board of some partners/owners executives alongside with some non-partners owners executives to help as a global corporate board of managers (which may in turn oversee some regional board of managers) to help the general partners/owners in the efficient and professional general management of the affairs of this limited liability company. Approval or action taken by the Board of Directors and of their subsequent global or regional boards of managers, they have created as their support system, in accordance with the above referred Agreement among owners-partners, constitute approval or action by the Company and shall be binding on each Member owner-partner and on each person appointed at any role in this company. The Board of Directors is the first and principal governance structure and it is composed exclusively of general owners/partners. In accordance with the preceding, the first general owners-partners, to whom has been vested overall management of this limited liability company, have dully created the Global Corporate Executive Board (which is the global corporate "Board of Managers") of JUSTIMA PARTNERS LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL, LLC or JPLI Group, LLC. This global corporate board of managers, called in short the Executive Board, is the second most senior governance structure of the company, which manages daily all the business units, including LACAFRIC International Multi-Specialty Hospitals Group. The Executive Board is composed of some owners-partners, as managing directors. However, it is composed in majority of non-partners executive managers and of outside advisers attached to the global headquarters and corporate office. The Board of Directors or Board of Owners-Partners have also created 2 Regional Board of Managers, composed in majority of independent top professionals as well as of medical directors for the 2 regional head offices of LACAFRIC International Multi-Specialty Hospitals Group, one in Latin-America and one in Africa. All 3 boards of managers, the global corporate one and the 2 regional ones, have been tasked to establish solid systems and procedures and to promote succession plans that can arrive at the global CEO level for a non-owner/partner.

    FERMES NATURELLES BRAND & HYPER FARMERS MARKETS CHAIN

    JPLI Group is developing a chain of hyper farmers markets throughout its strategically located land holding and cooperatives in LAC and Africa. They are to be its direct store outlets to make the safest and healthiest and non-carcinogenic and non-toxic natural, organic or bio food products affordable and accessible for consumption to all. This is to be produced, to begin with, on more than 30,000 hectares of land in each country it operates, where such vast land quantity is assembled through land purchase as well as through cooperation and production contracts with small holders of land and small farmers of 1 hectare to 10 hectares maximum. JPLI Group plans to keep 60% of these regional agro-pastoral food products in the region where they are produced to increase the regional freshest and healthiest food supply availability and accessibility for all. JPLI also seeks to export any surplus to the European, North-American and Asian markets. It intends to compete hard for a sizable share of these markets on the basis of comparable high quality at much lower and accessible prices. Furthermore, JPLI Group is involved in the planning of new smart green cities and green buildings as a developer. LACAFRIC International medical cities are part of the strategic foresight of this business line. It also seeks to introduce and mass-market electric vehicles and other green transportations.
